Awards and AccreditationsThe best award we've received has been the sheer number of great paddlers we see out on the water who started as our students. See what they have to say on our Client Feedback page. But these other awards have also been nice: 2001: Potomac Paddlesports launches a pilot "Pro School" program with the ACA, becoming the first kayak school in the nation to have its entire program endorsed by the sport's governing body. 2003: Sunny Pitcher nominated for ACA's Outstanding Instructor Award 2003: Sunny Pitcher receives ACA's Student Recognition Award 2004: Potomac Paddlesports receives an ACA award for "Making the World a Better Place to Paddle" 2007: Potomac Paddlesports becomes the first kayak school in the nation to be both an ACA Pro School and a BCU Endorsed Center. |
